Secularist and liberal activist, Tarek Fatah beaten up by students in Punjab University Charndigarh in India.

According to reports, was to deliver a talk on at the Charndigarh Univeristy on Thursday. On Wednesday afternoon, while Tarek was on a visit to the university to discuss about his upcoming talk, students of the university surrounded and clobbered him exasperatedly, in order to vent out their rage against Tarek for his derogatory statements against Islam.

Tarek fateh was beaten within the premises of the Charndigarh University, and as a consequence, the University has announced to cancel Tarek’s talk on that was scheduled on Thursday.
