Syrian forces successfully defeating foreign backed militants in Syria: President Bashar al-Assad
In a statement given during a press conference at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates in the capital Damascus on Sunday, the Syrian President Bashar al-Assad said that the Syrian government forces along its various allied defense groups are together crushing the foreign backed terrorists in the country and clearing the areas of terrorists.
Further he added that the fighters from the Syrian government forces and the allied forces have been fighting valiantly and played an eminent role in the history of war.
“We, in cooperation with friends, will continue to squash terrorists wherever they are. We will continue national reconciliation, which has proved its effectiveness, will enhance communication with others and explore economic opportunities… The direct political, economic, and military support of our allies has helped us to make more gains than to suffer losses. These friends are our actual partners,” Assad remarked.
