Russia stops airstrikes in Aleppo for humanitarian pause of 48-hours

Earlier the Russian said that it would stop the strikes on Thursday, but with the announcement of Sergey Shoigu, the ceasefire took place two days earlier. The humanitarian pause has been made with purpose to let the civilians leave Aleppo, and the aid may get delivered

 “The goal of this work is to separate the from the ‘moderate opposition’ and get them out of eastern Aleppo,” the minister said.
